    • Duration: Weekly sessions (1 hour/session)

    • Includes:

      • 1-on-1 fitness assessment (baseline strength, flexibility, and goals)

      • Personalized workout plan tailored to your fitness level

      • Coaching on form, technique, and basic exercises

      • Text support between sessions for questions or motivation

    • Price:

      • Students: $50/session 

      • Staff & Community: $60/session

    Online Weekly Custom Workouts

    Ideal for clients who need structure and a foundation for their fitness journey.

    • Duration: x1-7 Weekly

    • Includes:

      • Custom workouts tailored to your goals sent at the beginning of each week

      • Personalized workout plan tailored to your fitness level

      • Text support weekly for questions or motivation

    • Price:

      • Students: $10/workout

      • Staff & Community: $10/workout
